This service provides links between school staff, families, young people and other services in a supportive, friendly and professional manner.
Home/School support aims to help children reach their potential by helping them to overcome barriers to learning. This could include working on friendship difficulties, attendance or self-esteem problems. We are here to help and support all children and their families.
